After completion of drilling, bore holes will be plugged with either betonies chips or cement slurry. Drilling fluids and soil cutting will be pumped into 55-gallon drums and hauled offsite. Water is not expected to be present during the work. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0279-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
