Document Description
This project involves structural reinforcement of an existing retaining wall and the repair of an aging deck. Helical anchors will be used to secure the rotating retaining wall and the deck will be repaired with new footing on top of the retaining wall. The retaining wall is adjacent to and has a footing within Corte Madera Creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0310-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
