Document Description
The purpose of the project is to construct a turn-out shed that will be utilized by the Willl Rogers Ranch concessionair to shelter horses in pasture and store food and equipment. It will also facilitate the interpretation of Rogers' historic use, care, and love of horses. This structure will be compatable with the park unit's historic vernacular ranch style buildings. A combination of contemporary and indigenous utilitarian ranch structures, historical photographs, and similar existing fram structues at the Will Rogers Ranch will influence the design of the turn-out shed.
