Install concrete stairs directly adjacent to the concrete discharge outlet and to create an adjacent graded pad where equipment can be staged and Staff and visitors can view the outlet during all weather conditions. The intent is to install adequate access and staging facilities to ensure that observation and monitoring can be carried out safely.
