Document Description
The El Dorado Irrigation District proposes to repair an existing rock abutment that supports Flume 30, a water conveyance component of the El Dorado Canal. A portion of Flume 30 spans Bull Creek and is supported by two un-mortared, hand-stacked rock walls that form the northwest and southeast abutments. Inspection of Flume 30 found that the northwest abutment has become de-stabilized. The district proposes to repair the northwest abutment by installing a cast-in-place concrete wall against the outside face of the existing norrhwest rock wall abutment.
