The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base - South for the operation of the newly constructed Well No. 23093. Well No. 23093 was constructed to replace Well No. 2393 which was built without a sanitary seal in 1965; Well No. 2393 will be used to monitor groundwater levels.
