Removing approximately 2,000-cubic yards of water hyacinth (Eichhoria crassipes), dead and downed vegetation, and approximately 4,500-cubic yards of silt and sediment. Work will be required in the wetted portion of the channel; however, water will not be diverted. Equipment and machinery to be used includes a drag line type excavator.
