Cloverdale Road Drainage Maintenance Project
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The Project entails the removal of approximately 750 cubic yards of accumulated sediment in 2,575-foot long segment of the drainage. Sediment will be removed from the channel using an excavator and/or backhoe, and transported to an off-site County facility. The Butano Cut-Off box culvert will be flushed during the excavation process. Water and sediment from the flushing activities will be vacuumed or properly filtered. The work area will be isolated from the drainage if water is flowing at the time of construction. All heavy equipment will be operated from the roadway. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0169-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
