Document Description
The project consists of environmental analysis (Biological Assessment for CA red-legged frog and NEPA documentation) for the closure and restoration of 11 re-routed segments of the Rock Creek trail system. The project includes mapping the closed routes using GPS and transferring the data to GIS database. Surveys for heritage resources, sensitive plant habitat, and sensitive terrestrial and aquatic species habitat would be conducted if there is insufficient previous survey coverage. It is estimated that there may be five miles of routes to close and restore in the Rock Creek and Poho Ridge areas.
