The project consists of environmental analysis (EIS and Record of Decision) in order to issue an easement to El Dorado County for the existing Rubicon OHV Trail (forest Road 14N34 and El Dorado County Road ELD 63) and to authorize road maintenance and other activities associated with management of the Rubicon Trail by El Dorado County. The total length of road easement being considered and anslyzed is 5.8 miles.
