Document Description
SAA #1600-2011-0245-3 Installation of a trash capture demonstration project designed to remove trash particles 5 mm and larger from existing stormwater flows discharged from an existing 66-inch diameter culvert into a drainge basin. The western side slope and bottom of the existing drainage basin will be graded for installation of the trash capture structure, requiring the removal of approximately 755 square feet (0.02 acre) of wetland vegetation and 84 cubic yards of soil. Following site preparation, a 12-foot by 50-foot concrete pad will be poured in the bottom of the basin to a depth of six inches. Two 25 foot-long trash capture screens will be mounted on this pad.
