Document Description
The project consists of extending a roadway over an unnamed tributary. The access road to the treatment plant is an earthen roadway. The project activities include:
*Extending the existing 4-foot diameter culvert by 14 feet at the inlet on the north side of the crossing
* Removal of accumulated sediment at the outlet on the south side of the crossing
* Re-sloping of the inlet bank slope
* Adding rip-rap for erosion control
