Document Description
This proposed project is an amendment to the Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2013-0085-R6 (Agreement). This amendment will include reduction in project impacts from 301.5 acres to 171.9 acres. Secondly, the compensatory mitigation obligations will be reduced from 928.5 acres to 515.7 acres. These reduced acreage calculations are largely due to the original estimates being based on right-of-way width rather than a disturbance footprint. Further reduction was achieved by utilizing existing access roads, rather than constructing new access roads, and restricting construction to a smaller work area during construction of each gentie pole structure. All conditions in the original Agreement remain in effect.
