(Use Type: wineries and Wine Cellars-Winery, Large) Phase One, in 18 months, includes the construction of a 6,000 s.f. production and case storage building, a 2,000 s.f. covered patio, and a 4,800 s.f. wine tasting building with a commercial kitchen. Phase two, in five years, includes the construction of a 6,000 multipurpose building, including a caretaker facility, a 7,000 s.f. production and barrel storage building, and a 1,200 s.f. maintenance shop. Phase Three, in ten years, includes the construction of a 10,000 s.f. production building. Phase Four, in fifteen years, includes the construction of an 8,750 s.f. wine tank storage building. 30 marketing events and 4 special events per year are proposed with a max 150 ppl.
