The 149.11-acre Solano County Fairgrounds site is located immediately southwest of the Interstate 80 (I-80) and State Route 37 (SR-37) interchange in the City of Vallejo, CA, adjacent to the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom theme park and Lake Chabot. The project consists of the Solano360 Specific Plan, which was developed as a result of the City of Vallejo, the Solano County Fair Association, and the County of Solano's joint visioning process for redevelopment of the Fairgrounds site.
