A site plan for the Proposed Project is Requested discretionary actions include: (1) a General Plan Amendment from Medium Density Residential (MDR) which allows for a maximum of 1 unit per acre to High Density Residential (HDR) which allows for a range from 1 to 5 units per acre and Commercial (C); (2) a Zone change from One-Acre Residential (R1A) to One-Family Residential-Planned Development (R1-PD), Commercial-Planned Development (C-PD), and Open Space-Planned Development (OS-PD); and (3) a Planned Development and Tentative Map to create 14 residential lots, 2 commercial lots, and 2 open space lots on the approximately 12-acre site
