Document Description
1. A Use permit to allow a 30-megawatt solar facility consisting of ground-mounted photovoltaic solar modular array panel blocks on 239 acres of an approximately 405.23 net-acre site in the AG-20 and AG-80 (Agricultural) and AG-20 (F) and Ag-80 (F) (Flood Combining) zones.
2. A Use Permit to allow an approximately 6-foot-high chain link fence topped with three-strand barbed wire, totaling approximately 7 feet high. The fence will surround the proposed solar facility on all sides. The proposed fence deviates from the 6-foot height requirement for Agricultural zones (Zoning Code Section 305-83.2(3)).
3. A Special Development Permit to allow the internal access aisles to be dirt rather than constructed with a dust-free surface.
