Document Description
The Project involves the subdivision of the 160-ac site into eight 20-acre parcels, overall site grading, the construction of irrigation ponds to support a proposed active agricultural operation (e.g. olive orchard), the approval of building envelopes or sites on each of the eight lots for future construction of single family homes (or potential winery), and construction of a 3,600 foot emergency vehicle access (EVA). Flows in the existing creek would be diverted to the irrigation ponds; the creek bed would be realigned to the south of its current alignment.
