The proposed project has three principal components: 1. Construction and operation of a new 9-hole Mif Albright Par 3 Golf Course and reconfiguration of the Chuck Corica Golf Complex to accommodate the new Mif Albright Course and new entry features into the Golf Complex along Clubhouse Memorial Road from Island Drive; 2. Construction and occupancy of up to 116 new housing units on the 12 acres currently occupied by the 9-hole Mif Albright Golf Course acreage; and 3. Construction and operation of 12 acres of active recreational facilities and public sports fields on 12 acres of land located in the Harbor Bay Business Park on North Loop Road. The project description assumes the transfer of title to the North Loop road parcels from Harbor Bay (applicant) to the City in exchange for the transfer of title to an equivalent amount of land in the City's Golf Complex currently occupied by the 9-hole Mif Albright Par 3 Golf Course from the City to Harbor Bay (applicant).
