Document Description
1. Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 04TSM-054(3) to create the Argonaut Estates Subdivision by dividing two parcels consisting of 114 acres into 18 lots which will range in size from 5.0 acres to 10 acres. 2. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ08-024 to rezone the 114 acre project site to 61.9 acres of RE-5:MX, 17.6 acres of O and 34.5 acres of O-1 (Open Space-1). 3. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to amend County Service Area (CSA) #38, as necessary, to include the maintenance of drainage improvements, maintenance of the emergency vehicle access on Lot 24 of Unit 1 of the Scenic Brook subdivision and to extend the boundaries of the CSA to incorporate this emergency vehicle access easement in addition to the maintenance of fire protection improvements and maintenance of interior subdivision roads excluding Cabezut Road.
