Major Subdivision Application Nos. PA-10000266 and PA-1000267 Of Shea Mountain House LLC for two new Tentative Subdivision Maps-one for neighborhood K and the other for neighborhood L. The two neighborhoods would contain 361.29 acres of residential uses, 38.93 acres of commercial uses, 136.45 acres of neighborhood; community; and regional parks, 100.26 acres of lakes, 2 acre transit station, 6.33 acres of public and private facilities, and 33.11 acres for two K-8 schools. The project is located within the Mountain House community, which is located in the southwestern portion of the San Joaquin County, approximately 3 ½ miles west of the City of Tracy. The Neighborhoods K and L project site is in the northeastern portion of Mountain House. Mountain House Creek divides the two neighborhoods (Supervisorial District 5).
