Document Description
ExteNet Systems (CA). LLC proposes to provide added capacity and technological diversity to the existing telecommunications system in the project area, and would ensure that existing systems remain compatible with future technology advances in fiber optic equipment. The project would consist of installing new fiber-optic PVC conduit and fiber optic junction boxes as well as 17 fiber-fed nodes with associated fiber-optic communications equipment. The distributed antenna system would be connected to an existing cell site base station. The project would include approximately 1,200 linear feet of underground conduit and 12.5 miles of overhead cable on existing wooden poles. 17 new wooden poles would be installed for the new node equipment.
