- The project components include site grading; installation of stormwater treatment facilities; construction of a sidewalk along National Avenue; SEZ and wetlands revegetation and restoration; upland revegetation and restoration; and bicycle and pedestrian trail construction. Approximately 8,000 cubic yards of soil and concrete will be excavated and removed from the site. Some of the concrete will be recycled and used for construction of the sidewalk. The restoration will produce approximately 1.1 acres of restored SEZ and 2 acres of restored uplands.
