- Caltrans, in conjunction with Federal Hwy Administration, proposes a project to reconstruct the sand storage building at the Tahoe City Maintenance Station. The new sand storage building will have the same interior footprint as the existing building (approximately 40 ft by 80 ft) with an additional housing for a new double walled brine tank.
