The City of Tracy proposes to replace the 11th Street East Tracy Overhead Bridge, which crosses UPRR tracks and North MacArthur Drive in the City of Tracy, CA. 11th Street is a principal east-west arterial serving local, truck, and commuter traffic in the City of Tracy. Built in 1936, the original 2-lane reinforced concrete T-beam and steel girder structure was widened to 4-lanes in 1960.
