The proposed project is requesting approval of three related actions:
- Rezone (application file #Z10-0009) of the site from community commercial-design review-community combining zone (CC-DC) to community-planned development and open space-planned development.
- Tentative parcel map (application file #PD10-0005) to subdivide the site into four parcels, including three buildable parcels and one 1.14 acre open space parcel, as well as a general vacation of a 0.22 acre portion of Forni Road Right of way.
- Development plan (application file #P10-0012) for a proposed commercial center containing three buildings totaling 30,560 sf.
