The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) adopted an Addendum to the previous Negative Declaration and approved the modifications of the Hazardous Waste Facility Post-Closure Permit, which include changes in property ownership from The Chemours Company FC, LLC (Chemours) to North Point Development Company (NP OAKLEY, LLC), key Chemours personnel, addition of Senate Bill 673 requirements, and to provide informational updates to the current cleanup status of the site. No physical changes to the site are proposed
