Document Description
The project proposes to construct a new two-story 31,350 sf classroom building, a one-story 4,376 sf engineering laboratory and classroom building, an approx. 32,200 sf student services building, and an approx. 9,800 sf auxiliary gymnasium building on the Los Altos HS campus located at 201 Almond Ave in Los Altos. In addition, the project proposes to reconfigure the existing cafeteria and food services building, modernize the gym, install artificial turf at existing fields, and convert the current spaces that are proposed to be vacated in the Student Services building to library use. The proposed expansion of the Los Altos HS campus is in response to a projected increase in enrollment of 410 students, with a net addition of 12 classrooms on the campus.
