To construct and operate a four megawatt solar farm on two parcels of land totaling 35 acres. The operation consists of installing 500 arrays of concentrated PV modules or panels with the cumulative capacity to generate 4 MW of power under peak solar conditions. The project is located on the southeast corner of Rancho Road and Vinton road within the City of Adelanto in the MI zoning district.
