1) Santa Maria Energy (SME) Oil Drilling and Production Plan: 09PPP-00000-00002, an Oil Drilling Production Plan (ODPP) to produce oil from the Diatomite formation, an oil bearing geologic structure, including a total of 136 oil/gas production wells, two steam generators (which will be operated at a maximum rate of 151.5 MMBtu/hr), connecting pipelines, oil/gas processing facilities and related ancillary equipment; and
2) 12DVP-00000-00008, a Development Plan to allow the installation of crude oil sales pipeline (6 inch diameter, approximately 3 miles in length) within existing road right of way. The proposed pipeline would connect the SME Careaga Lease facilities with the existing Conoco Phillips 12-inch oil line, located, in the Graciosa Road Right of Way and terminating at the Conoco Phillips Battles Road Plant.
