Document Description
a) Lot Line Adjustment 52-10 proposing to adjust the lot lines between two parcels of record totaling 160.30 acres, resulting in an 80.24 acre parcel and an 80.06 acre parcel for agricultural purposes; a development variation to the Land Division Ordinance to allow deletion of public access. b) The installation of a two-inch diameter water service pipeline that would originate at an existing Paramount Farming Company turn-out located on the east side of the CA Aqueduct and would proceed west, crossing the Aqueduct along an existing drainage over crossing. The pipeline would then continue in a northwesterly direction, terminating at an existing farm labor camp, located along the south side of Twisselman Road. The water service would be placed approximately two feet below ground. The applicant proposes to treat agricultural water provided by the Lost Hills Water District to serve the farm labor camp. Implementation of the project would significantly reduce the potential for breaks and leaks in the line and would provide more reliable service.
