Document Description
Conditional use to permit the installation, operation, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility disguised as a 70-foot tall pine tree (monopine antenna) with twelve (12) panel antennas located at the top of the monopine and four (4) GPS antennas located separately on four (4) associated equipment cabinets within an enclosed lease area surrounding the monopine at the base. A proposed emergency generator will also be located within the leased area. The leased area will be enclosed by a new, seven-foot (7') high, approximately 613 s.f., block wall enclosure on an approximately 210,069 s.f. site, in conjunction with an existing warehouse distributer for produce and nuts, in the [Q]M1-1-CDO.
