The applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Modification (Case No. LU11-0044) to existing CUP Case No. 5111. The Minor Modification would permit the demolition of an existing, 1,300 s.f. (approx.) modular building and the construction of 3,837 s.f. (approx.) building for the operation of the Boys and Girls Club located in the Saticoy Community Park. The proposed building would house the existing Boys and Girls Club use while providing additional on-site facilities and amenities for the community.
