Top of the Hill Gang LLC for a Vesting Tentative Tract Map/Development Plan/Coastal Development Permit to subdivide an existing 13,844 s.f. parcel into seven parcels ranging from 436 s.f. to approximately 2,500 s.f. each for the development of seven individual residential units which will range in size from 306 s.f. up to approximately 2,500 s.f. of living area. The project will result in the disturbance of the entire 13,844 s.f. parcel. The project includes off-site street improvements along Second Street and San Luis Street which include curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The project will also include one of the units as a "vacation rental."
