Document Description
The purpose of the project is to replace the Baseline Gardens Mutual Water Company water system with a new East Valley Water District (EVWD) system. EVWD has assumed responsibility for supplying water to the residents of the Company's service area and replace the whole water system with one that meets current EVWD design standards. The proposed project would consist of the construction of water mains, fire hydrants, service laterals, pipelines, gate valves, and water meters to meet the standards and specifications of the East Valley Water District. These improvements would provide safe, efficient, and reliable domestic water service to those property owners that were previously serviced by Baseline Gardens Mutual Water Company.
