Document Description
Crystal Geyser Roxane (CGR) submitted an application for General Plan Amendment #2010-01/Crystal Geyser Roxane, Zone Reclassification #2010-02/Crystal Geyser Roxane, and Conditional Use Permit #2010-03/Crystal Geyser Roxane, to establish a spring water bottling plant on a 23-acre site within the 420-acre Cabin Bar Ranch property located in the community of Cartago. On February 19, 2014 the Board of Supervisors approved the project; certified the Environmental Impact Report; and, added conditions of approval to require the hydrological mitigation monitoring programs as set forth in the EIR be prepared. A GMMRP was required to be developed by the applicant and reviewed by the Inyo County Water Department and approved by the Board at a public hearing. The Board approved the GMMRP at a public hearing held on July 8, 2014.
