Document Description
CDFW is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2012-0207-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, CG Roxane, LLC. The Permittee proposes to construct a spring water bottling facility and ancillary uses to be built in three phases over a 10 to 15 year time period. The portion of the project under 1600 jurisdiction is limited to the construction of a new access road across Cartago Creek with the installation of four culverts. An additional culverted road crossing and concrete debris will be removed as mitigation for project impacts. Total impacts authorized under the Agreement include 0.16 acre. To compensate for impacts so CDFW jurisdictional waters, the Agreement requires the Permittee to deed fee title of 2.88 acres of existing on-site riparian habitat to CDFW.
