Document Description
Crystal Geyser Roxane proposes to construct a spring water bottling water plant at the Cabin Bar Ranch property. The project site consists of about 23 acres of the total 420 acres comprising the Ranch, and is located at the northeast corner of the ranch about 0.75 north of the existing CGR plant. The project is proposed in three phases, and includes a bottling plant of about 198,500 square feet and a warehouse of about 40,000 square feet in size, as well as pumping 360 acre per year.
