The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. The City of San Diego proposes to replace 3.9 miles of 16 inch cast iron pipeline, half-a-mile of an asbestos cement pipe that compromises of the Harbor Drive 1st and 2nd pipeline and two pressure reducing stations.
