Document Description
The project proposes the replacement of approximately 1,321 linear feet (LF) of existing water main, installation of approximately 1,092 LF of new water main, and installation of new fire hydrants, valves, and water meters. The project will abandon an existing water main, two existing pressure regulating valves, and a vault. The project also proposes the replacement of approximately 2,736 LF of existing sewer main, installation of approximately 1,608 LF of new sewer main, rehabilitation of approximately 3,163 LF of existing sewer main, abandonment of existing sewer main and manholes, and installation of sewer laterals, manholes, cleanouts, point repairs, replumbs, and other appurtenances. The project would also include new curbs/ramps, resurfacing, and traffic control. The project is located in the developed public right of way generally bound by Soledad Way, Beryl Street, and Fanuel Street in the Pacific Beach and Clairemont Mesa Community Plan Areas in Council Districts 1 and 2.
