The project allows for the development of a 112,252 sf, five-story medical office and retail building over a six-level parking garage (one level at grade and five subterranean levels). Excavation for the parking garage would be to an approximate depth of approximately 56 feet and require total of 80,000 cubic yards (cy) of export. The project will provide 476 parking spaces. Access to and from the parking structure would be from Converse Alley.
