Document Description
The Site is a former petroleum hydrocarbon storage facility. On March 11, 2011 the Regional Board issued a Cleanup and Abatement Order requiring the Discharger to cleanup and abate the effects of contaminants discharged at the Site. Among the CAO requirements is the development and submittal of a Pilot Test Work Plan to the Regional Board. The proposed project involves implementation of the Pilot Test Work Plan for remedial excavation and in-situ treatment pilot testing at the Site. The proposed activities are detailed in the Discharger's Pilot Test Work Plan that contains the following documents: 1) Remedial Excavation and In-Situ Treatment Pilot Testing dated May 10, 2011 2) Addendum to Pilot Test Work Plan dated August 15, 2011, and 3) Addendum 2 Pilot Test Work Plan dated August 26, 2011.
