FYI Final The project Applicant, proposes the development of a 13-story office building of ~314,495 sf and 5 story production office building of ~90,304 sf, supported by a proposed 7-story parking structure with two levels of additional subterranean parking. The project also includes a replacement guard station along Van Ness Avenue and a café with outdoor seating adjacent to the proposed production office building. These improvements would replace an existing surface parking lot and 14,499 sf ancillary studio-related buildings located on an ~4.36-acre portion of the 10.55-acre Sunset Bronson Studios campus. Upon buildout, the project would result in a net increase of ~391,018 sf of building area and an increase of 1,399 parking spaces for a total of 1,800 parking spaces within the Project Site.
