Document Description
The CA Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Kern County Engineering, Surveying, and Permit Services Department. The applicant proposes to repair a breach area along the bank of the Kern River, and to construct 5 access ramps to allow access for machinery into the Kern River Channel to perform the repair work and vegetation removal.
