Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to a CUP to allow the expansion of an existing automobile dealership to include an automobile service facility. The proposal is to build a two-story, 7,550 s.f. expansion, for office use, to the existing automobile showroom and sales building. Additionally, the proposed project includes construction of a new three-story, 115,493 s.f. automobile service and vehicle storage building. The new service building would house vehicle service, parts, receiving, parts and equipment storage, employee facilities, and parking for new vehicles. In addition, automobile service is proposed in the existing car wash.
