Document Description
Amendment to Precise Plan on Development PPD-754 to reduce the size of the previously approved building from a 6,000 square foot office and warehouse building to a smaller 1,500 square foot modular building for the property located at 10711 Dale Ave. The Planning Commission had determined that the previously proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment and had previously prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Article Section 15070 et seq. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15094, the applicable statute of limitations in court challenges on court challenges on the MND have passed without any irrigation. Hence, the MND is presumed valid.
