- Document Description
- The proposed project involves changes to the land use designations of four parcels, plus construction of industrial buildings on a portion of one of the parcels. The project would involve construction of industrial buildings in two phases on an existing lot currently occupied by agricultural fields, fallow ground, and hard packed dirt used for storage of vehicles and equipment along its frontage with the currently unpaved portion of Todd Lane (E-W). Both phases would be constructed on five acres of the southern portion of a 13.18 acre parcel (APN 099-0-030-645). The currently proposed project involves construction on only one parcel. However, the proposed General Plan amendment and zone change for the three adjacent parcels could facilitate additional development beyond the first two industrial buildings at some point in the future.
