- Rancho Mission Viejo LLC (RMV) is forming a Mutual Water Company (MWC) to protect and maintain the right of RMV land owners to use their riparian water following the subdivision of riparian lands in the San Juan Watershed. The MWC will hold the riparian water rights of the landowners and the landowners will have the right to take their proportionate share of the water for their own use or to assign their allocation of water for use on riparian lands within the San Juan Watershed.
