Document Description
Request by the Community Health Centers of the Central Coast for a CUP to allow the construction of a 28,000 s.f. medical clinic along with associated parking, underground drainage facilities and landscaping. The proposal includes 23,600 s.f. of finished floor area and 4,400 s.f. of unimproved shell space. This "shell" space will be used for future clinic space. The development is proposed on the northwest vacant portion of 4.5 acre lot (see Exhibit "C") that currently includes an existing 15,000 s.f. health center. The existing building is proposed to remain and be used as administrative offices.
