Document Description
The proposed project seeks to increase the maximum number of events by 60 from the previous high of 162 events for a total of 222 events per year. In addition, the proposed project would involve other minor improvements to the existing facility including addition of a 12,000 sf exterior grand terrace, construction of a 250 seat, 4,000 sf restaurant to serve event attendees, enlarged team store (from 1,800 sf to 4,000 sf), a relocated 2,000 sf box office, and other minor improvements. The proposed project includes a zone reclassification for a portion of the project site from the Transition (T) Zone/Platinum Triangle Mixed use (PTMU) Overlay Zone to the Public Recreational (PR) Zone/PTMU Overlay Zone, consistent with the zoning for the remainder of the project site.
